Dream Big

 This week I have learned that I need to know what I would need in order to get my big dreams to come out real. I have realised that I would need more of quality people.  I would need people who have the same vision or can see the same thing that I am seeing from the on set.

I know it can be hard yo see things from afar sometimes especially when the dream is not yours but I know that anyone with a good work ethics would be able to fit well in my big dream. I would need creative thinkers who are trustworthy. I believe that I would do much better when I can trust people I put on my team. People who will be there for my dream as if it were theirs. People who are willing to make it work amidst the challenges.

I also realised that   people who are self motivated able to go the extra mile. If the individual is good but is unable to motovate his pr herself then it became challenging because  the least challenge can get the person demotivated and want to opt out. So I drealsied that a person who is able to push his or herself is a great fit for me in helping we achieve my aim. 

I would need patience after I have found the right people for the journey. I would need to exercise a lot of payiens and develop a strong mentality of pressing on amidst the challenges. I would need to stay strong and deal with whatever out of decisions  I make. I need to be able to stand by the decision I make.

Week7: 7 Habits

  This week I have learned about the 7 habits of highly effective people and out of the 7 t he fifth habit is one that has the most meaning to me. “First seek to understand, then to be understood.” I think this one thing that I would like to master as a person. I have learned previously that by listening to others then only are we able to know their concerns and how to come to their aids. We cannot be empathetic towards other when we have not sort to hear them out or now what they are going through. I think of this habit also as being slow to judging others until we know the entire story. Sadly, most time we fall short to this habit and are quick to conclude on matter with a half knowledge and that is not a good habit. People will only understand us when we have understood them. Week 1: REFLECTION

  This week I had a few things I took away and they are: As an entrepreneur, I must see life as a journey which I am embarking on. And in a journey they may be times where I would not have things as I have planned. Live is not going to always be as I want it. I must learn to start somewhere.
