  These are some of the things I learned this semester that I will take with me forever: I must learn to start somewhere. Everything starts with first, a dream, even if they are not huge plans there should be something to serve as a propeller.   This week I have learned that my family should be my priority. I need to work but I need to keep a healthy balance where I will not be taken away from my family. I learned this week that entrepreneurial risk is worth to take because it seasons us with a lot of skillsets which are good for our beings. We must give ourselves to much learning in wherever life places us on our journey. Because whatever experiences we are given we will always have the opportunity to apply them somewhere in our lives hence we must make it a point to always be ready to learn.   Being in the position to take care of others comes with a whole lot of challenges of its own, it’s not therefore healthy to be doing everything when we have the means to make others take charge and be managers too. I have learned that I must approach every ideas from a personal point of view. Personalizing ideas helps me put out lot into making that business work. These are important to me because I have learned that making my business personal would help me contribute much to it than I just make it like it is something that does not belong to me. It is also about real life people and so I need to make it personal like they would want to treat me if I were in their service.  Also, I feel that looking out to find the gap before I launch a business is the wisest thing to ever do because this will help me to be able to explore all the opportunities at my disposal and I can be able to come out with what the people need and not what I think they want.
